TOP 42 ALBUMS OF 2022

2022 was a good year. Lots of new favorites coming out of this one. This was the year of Supercar, Number Girl, and Fishmans. DDS's Darklife was a cultural reset for vaporwave nerds everywhere. I got really into mbv's blue album though. Huge fan.
Also, The Sims 1 soundtrack is awesome.

TOP 42 ALBUMS "OF ALL TIME"

I have been scrobbling to my Last.FM account almost every day since 2006. It's a good introduction to what are my overall music tastes.

However, I can't help but notice that artists with shorter averages of song length are more likely to show up higher in the charts than non-conventional artists with longer runtimes on their tracks.
As always, take all data interpretation with a grain of salt.
